A beautifully restored traditional farmhouse set in its own 2.5 hectare grounds and benefiting from superb views of the Gran Sasso and surrounding valley. This is a very special house that was lovingly restored 4 years ago.

Accommodation compromises a large double bedroom on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor a large double bedroom with private terrace and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with large shower on the upper floor along with a large terrace to the rear which enjoys amazing views, use this to watch the sun setting.

Undici (“eleven”) is a 1960s-modernised house built around an old typical Abruzzi farmhouse. Situated in the heart of Toballesco, a hamlet surrounded by splendid views, we give you the peace and quiet you would expect from rural countryside with comfortable furniture, gas central heating, tiled floors, barbecue and lawned garden, and yet near enough to enjoy local customs. We offer Continental-style bed and breakfast. The village of Conaprato is a ten-minutes’ walk away to an excellent pizzeria and a bar. There are many first-class restaurants in the immediate area.

Set in half an acre of olive and fruit trees, we are on the outskirts of the Gran Sasso National Park, only 45 minutes away from the Campo Imperatore, famous in winter for cross-country skiing. We are just 45 minutes from the beach. The walk along Pescara’s sea-front offers an enriched variety of good food from around the world, as well as bars and gelateria (ice-cream parlours).
